Student gets help at ITS service desk

Activate your account using your student ID number, which is located in your welcome email and in MyCollege on your user profile on the user options screen. 


All Central Piedmont users are required to use Microsoft Authenticator to access their accounts. Set up multi-factor authentication, entering your student email in the following format: username@email.cpcc.edu.

Log in to your Central Piedmont email account here. 


For improved security, all students are required to change their password yearly. Failure to do so will prevent you from accessing Central Piedmont systems including Brightspace, MyCollege, and email. Check your inbox for annual reminders and visit the Account Management Portal to change your password.
